A. Any questions, comments or complaints regard the conduct of bingo should be directed to the operator on duty. The operator for the session being played will be the final word on any disputes concerning bingo, events and conduct of customers and workers.

If you are not satisfied with the answer given by the operator or via email, you have the right to contact the Texas Lottery Commission at (800) 246-4677 or (800) BINGO-77 and file a formal complaint. You can also submit a complaint via the Charitable Bingo Website at www.txbingo.org.
