Q. What OTHER FORMS of GAMBLING are permitted?
A. Gambling, other than bingo, instant win tickets and events, at a licensed bingo game is illegal and not permitted.
Q. How does the BIRTHDAY thing work? Do I get anything free for my special day?
A. You receive a $100-pay pack computer for a penny every session you play, all day, on your birthday. Please note a valid photo ID is required to claim your gift.
If you are a member of our VIP Winners Circle Rewards Program and are opted in our program, you receive 500 bonus points (over $15 value) which you can claim 6 days prior to your birthday up until your actual special day. If you do not visit us during those days, the points expire at midnight on your birthday and are no longer available. But once claimed, the points are added to your account and can be used whenever you wish.

Q. Are CHILDREN permitted in the bingo halls and are they allowed to play bingo?
A. Children 6 years and older are permitted to play bingo at Texas Bingo in Hurst and the Crowley Road BingoPlex. The following guidelines have been put into place to ensure a pleasant bingo experience for all players.
- Children must be 6+ years old and 39″ tall to enter the bingo hall.
- Children are required to play bingo. A child’s adult guardian must purchase a regular set or a Bingo Kid’s Pack. The Bingo Kid’s Pack is $2.00 each and includes 1-3on half pay set, a color page, crayons and candy treat.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times including visits to food serving areas, the bathroom and the cashiers counter.
- Children must remain seated and quiet throughout the session.
- Children are not permitted in the hall during the late-night 10:45 p.m. and 12:15 a.m. sessions.
Q. Do you serve beer and wine? Is ALCOHOL PERMITTED in the bingo hall?
A. Bingo Winners Circle of Texas halls do not sell beer, wine or spirits however we do permit customers of legal drinking age to bring in their own beverages of choice. BYOB… we love when our players come enjoy themselves in our fun and social atmosphere.
However, out of courtesy to other players, please note that disturbances during game play, excessive profanity and other offensive, disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Q. Are there SMOKING and NON-SMOKING sections?
A. Depends on which location you play.
At Texas Bingo in Hurst SMOKING is permitted. The smoking and non-smoking sections are completely separated by glass-partitioned, floor-to-ceiling walls so both smokers and non-smokers can enjoy playing bingo.
In accordance to the Fort Worth Smoking Ordinance the Crowley Road BingoPlex is a completely NON-SMOKING facility.
Q. Do you have a SNACK BAR?
A. We have vending machines available at the Crowley Road BingoPlex serving a variety of drinks, water, coffee and snacks. In addition, please feel free to bring in any food you desire. Many times we have food trucks out front offering a fun variety of specialties including BBQ, tacos, Cajun food and more.
At Texas Bingo in Hurst we offer FREE coffee and a limited snack selection. Again, please feel free to bring in any food items you desire to help make you bingo visit fun and enjoyable.
Q. Do you offer FREE WiFi INTERNET access?
A. You bet! The BingoPlex on Crowley Road and Texas Bingo in Hurst offer FREE 24-hour Wireless Internet Access. Come early, enjoy your time playing bingo and stay connected with your family and friends!
